How does Forge Documents work?

Upload any PDF, Word file, or report and ask a question in plain English. Forge Documents sends your document and question to 8 AI analysts simultaneously — then synthesises the most accurate answer from across all of them. No reading, no searching, no friction.

What file formats are supported?

PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), plain text (.txt), and most common document formats. For best results with scanned documents, use a searchable PDF.

How large can my document be?

Files up to 20MB are supported. For very long documents, Forge Documents will focus on the most relevant sections to your question.

Is my document private?

Yes. Your documents are processed in real time and never stored on our servers. Forge Documents never retains your files after the analysis is complete. Swiss infrastructure. FADP compliant.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

"What are the key obligations in this contract?", "Summarise the risk factors in this report", "What does clause 7.3 mean in plain English?", "Is there anything unusual in this agreement?" — ask anything you'd normally spend hours reading to find.

Where are my analyses saved?

Your analyses are saved to My Archive — a shared diary across all Forge products. Access it from your profile. Each entry is tagged with "Documents" as the source.

Can I analyse multiple documents at once?

Currently one document per analysis. Multi-document comparison is on the roadmap — sign up for updates at support@projectcoachai.com.
